Mr Juneas Lekgetha is the founder of Ebony Financial Service (Pty) Ltd, South Africa’s first black accounting firm. He distinguished himself in the accounting and business management fields through the example of leading a pioneering black-owned firm, providing quality accounting and financial management advice to multitudes of businesses in Southern Africa and taking an active and spearheading role in several community and professional organisations including, the Black Management Forum (BMF), he also served as the president of the Association for the Advancement of Black Accountants of South Africa (ABASA), he was also a chairperson of the Get Ahead Foundation.
Get Ahead Foundation was involved in Community Development Initiatives in South Africa pre - 1994.
Juneas chairs several Audit Committees both in the Private and Public sector including, the University of Venda. He also sits on three boards, one being a mining company and the other and Investment Holding Company.
Juneas co-founded Bakgotsi Oils and Kutu Waste Management Company in 2003 and is now the Chief Executive of Borutho Gas Supply (Pty) Ltd.
He has received numerous awards for his contribution to the Accounting progression and business leadership. He has gained business experience abroad and in South Africa.
